My name is Razvan Balanescu, some of you know me from Quora, some of you don't know me at all. I have a spicy story to tell and it should motivate you.
Since I was a child, I loved 3 things which made me stand out of the crowd:
    1. Math, Physics & Logic
    2. Self-improvement and Personal Growth
    3. Cars
So, I decided to study Automotive Engineering in Brasov, Romania. All the courses that I studied were exclusively in English. I started in 2012 and I graduated in 2016. Lots of exams, a lot of stress, lots of projects, a lot to learn. But that's not all.
I knew that I could do much more than just getting a degree, so I wanted to do more. I started to read and write books on Amazon, I built several websites, I made over $7,000 while I was a student, I learned even more about cars, and I eventually got to the point where I told myself:
"I'm going to use every piece of knowledge that I have to built something epic"
And yes, I'm referring to YouTube. I decided in 2016 to use my knowledge and skills to create an epic YouTube channel. Since I graduated, I immediately got a job at a Suzuki Dealership and I worked there for 3 months. It was pretty great, but I got to a point where I learned almost everything that had to be learned.
I love being dynamic, so I left Suzuki and I got a new job as a MOT tester in a car shop. I'm not doing just MOT tests, I test drive cars, I diagnose cars, I do brake tests (after brake replacements) and many more. I believe that this was the best job that I could possibly get to gain more knowledge and more skills to use them later in my YouTube channel.
And trust me... it's not easy at all. I work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. Every Saturday and every Sunday I'm filming and editing. When I finish work at my job, I get home and I interact on Quora and Social Media. I write answers, questions, I watch tutorials, and I am doing my best to learn how to improve myself and my YouTube channel.
It's not easy. I basically have 0 (zero) free time for myself. I work from Monday to Monday more than 10 hours a day. My last vacation was last summer in August. Since then, work, work, work.
A brand, an audience is extremely difficult to build, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals.
Getting the degree was the easy part.
If you really want to succeed in life, you need to focus on something that you have knowledge about and on something that you also love doing. Then you need to take massive action to make things come true.
Whatever it is that you want to do, take massive action on a daily basis, and you will eventually succeed.
