SARMALE - CABBAGE ROLLS /TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN FOOD ????????

Cabbage Rolls -Sarmale
Cabbage - boiled in water . In water we add vinegar and bay leaves .
The filling of the roll:
-sunflower oil
-onion (caramelized and to do that I add a glass of water and let it cook )
-I use half minced pork and half minced ground beef ( you can use also only pork or beef )
-rice
-salt
-pepper
Combine the onion with the feeling add some
-tomato juice or paste
Depending on you taste add more pepper, salt, tomato paste !
-paprika .
