Liceenii ( The High School Students ) is a 1986 Romanian love film directed by Nicolae Corjos. The main roles were played by the actors ?tefan B?nic?-junior, Mihai Constantin, Oana S�rbu, Cesonia Postelnicu, Tudor Petru?, Tamara Buciuceanu-Botez and Ion Caramitru. The film presents the love story between two 10th grade students: Mihai Marinescu (?tefan B?nic? Jr.) and Dana Vasilescu (Oana S�rbu). Their idyll will go through many trials.
It ranks 25th in the list of the most watched Romanian films of all time, according to a 2006 press release from the Romanian Union of Film Authors and Directors.
The film was preceded by another, through which director Corjos was able to test the public's interest in such creations - Declaration of Love (1985) - youtu.be/Vxj7kz_UnZQ
As the previous film was a great success with the public, the couple George ?ovu - Nicolae Corjos (screenwriter - director) made a small series of films known as the "High School" series, starting with the title film and ending in the '90s. The last film in the series was directed by Mircea Pl�ng?u. The films follow one another in the following order:

In the film Liceenii (The High School Students), students Ionic?, Adrian and Geta go to the cinema one afternoon and watch Declaration of Love, from which a sequence is presented (the scene of the kiss in the park between Alexandru and Ioana).
